What's the best way to wash embroidered apparel?

The best way to wash your embroidered apparel is in cold water, inside out, with NO VELCRO in the same wash. To dry, the best way is to dry on low or lay flat to dry.

Can you iron embroidered apparel?

Yes, you can, and I would suggest to iron on low heat.

What is the fabric on the inside of the apparel behind the embroidery?

That is the stabilizer! That basically gives weight to the apparel for the thread to be secured with. When you get your product, the stabilizer may feel firm, but will soften with each wash. We recommend not cutting the stabilizer!!

Returns / Exchanges

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

We do not offer returns or exchanges, all sales are final. But that doesn't mean if something is wrong, that we won't fix it! Please send us an email if there is a problem with your order, and we can work together to come to a resolution.

Shipping

What carrier do you ship through?

We mainly ship via USPS, but will sometimes utilize UPS.

Do you ship outside of the US?

At this time, we do not ship outside of the US.

How long until I receive my order?

Generally speaking, most orders ship within 5-7 business days from purchase. Many will be shipped before then!
